Respectfully, the money isn't for abortions, it's allowing places that perform abortions to have funding. The funding is used for many things, including prenatal care for those who can't afford it.
Respectfully, let's at least be honest with ourselves on what this order means. It specifically targets organizations that either provide or recommend abortions. There are any number of groups that provide prenatal care for the poor. Unless one's idea of prenatal are includes the extermination of the child, the old ban did nothing to deny care in foreign countries.

Until that is the only thing they practice at those centers, kindly leave me (and my money) out of it.
